Oct 14, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A commercial and industrial property at 19 Opala Street in Adelaide's north has changed hands for $A1.8m. The 7,928sq m property is leased to Harbrew. Meanwhile, the old Schweppes building at 65-67 Foveaux Street in Sydney's Surry Hills has been sold to a private investor for $A8.1m. A 1,566sq m industrial warehouse unit in the Sydney Gateway Industrial Estate has been sold, and an owner-occupier has spent $A4.1m on an office-warehouse in Clayton, Melbourne.
