LAKEWOOD, Colo., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- North Star Exploration, Inc. announced today it has entered into an exclusive option agreement with Doyon, Limited, an Alaska native corporation, in which North Star may earn a 100% interest, subject to a retained royalty interest and back-in rights, in certain Alaskan mineral properties owned by Doyon.
The land package covered by the agreement consists of 25 discrete properties, which total more than 7 million acres in Alaska's mineral rich interior. More than 70% of the properties have gold mineralization with the remaining land being a diverse mix of base metals, gems and other minerals and metals.
