Sober living homes

Re "New rules sought for sober living homes in the Valley" (Sept. 19):

We have one of these homes in our neighborhood and it is more than a nuisance, it's a blight. The occupants steal shopping carts from markets and leave them in the street. They have turned the property into a junkyard, stacked high with discarded items.

They are outside from dawn until late evening yelling and talking nonstop. They roam the center of the streets walking, not moving until forced to by traffic.
