Racial assault trial is put off until December

WORCESTER - The trial of a Worcester man charged with what police said was a racially motivated assault on a black woman has been rescheduled for Dec. 14.

John Polydores, 26, of 926 Southbridge St., was scheduled to go to trial yesterday in Worcester Superior Court on charges stemming from an alleged Nov. 18 attack on a 22-year-old black woman inside the Honey Farms convenience store at 241 Grove St.
