STURBRIDGE - Fall has just started, but that doesn't mean the good people at the REAS Foundation aren't already preparing for new ways to fight the harshness of winter.
Standing for Residential Energy Assistance for Seniors, the REAS Foundation was created last year by selectmen Thomas R. Creamer and Scott A. Garieri to help senior citizens on fixed incomes; it had the initial goal of providing heating assistance.
And, boy, have they been assisting.
