OCEANFRONT
There's a flower pot as big as a garden shack in front of Tom and Pam Evans' business on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
The spout fell off the pot two years ago and still lies on the ground nearby, but Tom and Pam aren't too worried about it.
"I tried to hire a crane a few times, but no one seems to want to do such a small job," Tom said.
He and Pam work hard, but they also take it easy.
