October 15, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Copano Energy, L.L.C. (NASDAQ: CPNO) has appointed Carl A. Luna as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. Luna has served as SVP of finance and corporate development and interim CFO at Copano since August 17.

Luna joined Copano in 2005, and was elected VP of finance in 2006. Prior to joining Copano, he served as a VP in the syndicated and leveraged finance group of J.P. Morgan Securities (NYSE: JPM).
