MEDFORD, Mass. -- Serica Technologies, Inc., a medical device company focused on the development of silk-based biomaterial platforms for use in tissue repair, today announced that Joseph G. Darling and Scott E. Coleridge have joined the Serica Board of Directors. Mr. Darling's appointment represents an expansion to the Board; Mr. Coleridge replaces Gerald Chan as one of the representatives of Morningside Technology Ventures Limited, one of Serica's valued investors.
