CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Abt Associates has announced the appointment of Dr. Gary Ender as Abt Associates Fellow. Dr. Ender is an agricultural economist and Principle Associate in the company's International Economic Growth Division.
Dr. Ender has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of agricultural policy reform, monitoring and evaluation, understanding the impact of macroeconomic and agricultural policies on agribusiness development, and food security.
