15 October 2009 - Swedish market communications group A-Com AB (STO: ACOM) said today it will divest its unprofitable Norwegian operations and will raise SEK21.3m in a guaranteed four-to-five rights issue.
A-Com will now focus on the profitable Swedish business and streamline its structure. The sale of 100% of the shares in Norwegian unit A-Com Norge ASA will bring a sales loss of around SEK192m, of which SEK169m are write-down of goodwill. The ...
