RIGA. Oct 14 (Interfax) - OJSC Gazprom (RTS: GAZP) is developing a plan to create of chain of natural gas vehicle (NGV) refueling stations stretching from St. Petersburg through the Baltic States to Berlin, the deputy head of the company's gasification and gas usage division, Evgeny Prochin, told Interfax.
