Rada speaker calls Ukraine's foreign policy a failure
Kyiv, October 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukraine's recent foreign policies have been a failure, according to Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn.
"We need to recognize that the foreign policies that were recently announced have failed," Lytvyn said at a meeting with representatives of Ukraine's diplomatic missions.
"You are not at fault - this is the fault of three institutions of power - the president, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada," Lytvyn said.
