BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Chase Corporation (NYSE Amex: CCF) today reported revenues of $28.4 million for the quarter ended August 31, 2009. This represents a decrease of 20% compared to $35.7 million in the fourth quarter of last year. Net income of $2.8 million decreased 26% from $3.8 million in the prior year period. Earnings per diluted share of $0.31 in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009 fell $0.13 short of the $0.44 per share in fiscal 2008.
