VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 15, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- FP Newspapers Income Fund (TSX:FP.UN) today announced that effective Saturday, October 31 the Winnipeg Free Press will start publishing a Free Press Weekend Edition. In addition to the regular Saturday sections, the Weekend Edition will be increased to include valuable content such as the homes, books, and personal finance pages which were previously included in the Sunday edition. Effective November 1, a Sunday home-delivered newspaper will no longer be available.
