Oct 15, 2009 (The Sydney Morning Herald - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Gillette, a division of Procter & Gamble, is determined to prevent the Czech company El Nino from importing the + Duracell drink into Australia. A trademark lawyer, Trevor Choy, believes Procter may find it difficult to persuade the courts that Gilette's Duracell brand must be protected from being apparently misused by El Nino.
