All season long, usually quiet Penn State running back Evan Royster has playfully jawed back and forth with quarterback Daryll Clark during practice.
In huddles, Royster asks Clark to look for him more often on passing routes. Clark's response?
"What you gonna do with that if I throw it to you in a game," Clark said. "He'll always laugh and say, `You know what? You'll see.'"
Against Syracuse on Sept. 12, Royster caught a slant pass, jab-stepped past an Orange defender and sped down the field for a 49-yard touchdown.
