Article: Cisco and Motorola Sponsor First "HomePlug[R] AV 1901 Plugfest" for High Speed Powerline Networking Chipsets.

The HomePlug[R] Powerline Alliance announced that three different chipset vendors will collaborate with interoperability and certification testing for the HomePlug AV standard and feature testing for the upcoming IEEE 1901 standard. The event will include testing performed by the Laboratoire des Applications Numeriques (LAN), an independent laboratory in France, during the week of October 19, 2009.
