William (Bill) Zinkgraf has been named as the new CEO of Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. (SBTI), a global management consulting firm. Bill Zinkgraf will be replacing Stephen A. Zinkgraf, who will remain active in the business as Chairman of the Board.
