Energy Future Holdings Corp. ("EFH Corp.") announced that it and its direct, wholly owned subsidiary, Energy Future Intermediate Holding Company LLC ("EFIH"), and EFIH's direct, wholly owned subsidiary, EFIH Finance Inc.
