Virginia Commerce Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: VCBI), the parent holding company of Virginia Commerce Bank, proudly announces the recent appointment of Kenneth R. Lehman to the Board of Directors for both the holding company and the Bank. Mr. Lehman is a private investor and attorney with expertise in community banking.
