In response to last week's National Distracted Driving Summit held in Washington DC, Smith System is offering its Distracted Driving video free of charge to organizations interested in promoting safety for their employees. *
The video, entitled Are You Playing with a Full Deck?, shows how distractions such as cell phones and texting affect our ability to concentrate on the changes in traffic patterns as we drive. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) now lists distractions as the number one cause of traffic accidents.
