Devon Health Services Inc., a national healthcare cost management company and the largest privately-owned Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) in the Northeast, announced the promotion of company veteran Jeffrey Penn to chief marketing officer.
Mr. Penn will be responsible for developing strategic alliances with national healthcare network partners that help Devon Health secure carrier-based discounts for its clients.
