Encore Wire Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: WIRE) announced that the Company's Chairman Emeritus, Vincent A. Rego, passed away earlier today.
Daniel L. Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer of Encore Wire Corporation, said, "I am extremely sad to report that Mr. Rego passed away this morning.
