Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) announced it has received the highest rating of 100 percent in the 2010 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the annual survey conducted by the Human Rights Campaign that measures major businesses' efforts for establishing and encouraging workplace equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees (GLBT). MassMutual's 100 percent rating is in recognition of its longstanding commitment to its GLBT employees.
