Currently idled Crucible Specialty Metals will hire 200 workers within the first 60 days under its new owner, said Jack Jankovic, a partner in J.P. Industries Inc. -- the new owner of Crucible.
The company will hire more workers at the Geddes mill as business improves, he said. Jankovic said he doesn't know when the additional hiring will take place.
"Our plans are not certain in terms of the number of employees," he said.
