Janet F. McIntyre, 58, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Monday at Van Duyn Home. She was a life resident of Syracuse and the daughter of Mahlon and Janet Higgins McIntyre. She was a graduate of Frank C. McCarthy School. She was employed with Monarch Industries. She was a member of the Association of Retarded Citizens of Onondaga County.
