PITTSBURGH, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pittsburgh Brewing Company has acquired yet another branded trademark -- Wanker Beer. Wanker Beer was established and originally marketed in Auckland, New Zealand.
Pittsburgh Brewing Company's agreement with Wanker Beer is the latest of several recent acquisitions which the local brewer has executed since the first of the year. In February 1998, Pittsburgh Brewing acquired the Evansville Brewing Company in Evansville, Indiana; last month, the brewery entered into an exclusive service agreement with Blues City Brewing Company in Memphis, Tennessee; and just last week, Pittsburgh Brewing announced a possible business ...
