Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:PNK) announced promotions and management changes at its casino operations in St. Louis, Missouri and Reno, Nevada that will help manage the Company's continued growth and development.
Todd George, currently Vice President and General Manager at Lumiere Place in downtown St. Louis, has been named Vice President and General Manager of the company's new River City Casino in south St. Louis County, which is scheduled to open in spring 2010 pending regulatory approvals.
