HOUSTON, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- TEI, Inc. (Nasdaq: TANK) (formerly known as Tanknology Environmental, Inc.) announced today the signing of an agreement to combine with three Houston-based financial service firms, Harris Webb & Garrison, Inc., Pinnacle Management & Trust Company, and Spires Financial L.P. TEI, which had earlier disclosed negotiations for the deal, said a newly formed TEI subsidiary, Pinnacle Global Group, Inc., would be used to combine TEI with the three other firms in a series of mergers in which shareholders of TEI and the other combining companies would receive new Pinnacle Global Group shares in exchange for their existing holdings.
