Aug. 21--MOUNT STERLING, Ky.--Lexington may get a new radio station in the coming months, unless another broadcaster can keep it tuned out.
Louisville businessman Rod Burbridge bought both of Mount Sterling's radio stations in July and immediately took them off the air.
He has since reached an oral agreement with former managers from the stations to give them control of WMST-1150 AM while he works to bring WMST-105.5 FM to the Fayette County market.
