DALLAS, August 14 /PRNewswire/ -- CapRock Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: IWLC) ("Company") announced today the extension of its Partnership Interest Exchange Offer to the partners in CapRock Fiber Network, Ltd. (the "Partnership") to 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 26, 1998 in order to accommodate certain timing matters. Approximately 41 of the partnership interests in the Partnership have been deposited to date.
