Aug. 22--TOLUCA, Mexico -- Juventino Zavala's Southwind Trade Co. is rooted in agrochemical exports. But Zavala's latest effort has been organizing Mexican bullfrog breeders to market their product to America.
With demand already established in Canada, Zavala said that yesterday's business matchmaking sessions with Fort Worth officials may help him export more frog legs for Texas' dinner tables and hopefully will lead to U.S. sales of waterproof frog leather."
