The beautiful little town of Centerville had a beautiful little shopping area right in the center of town. There were beautiful stores surrounded by pretty green trees and perfect lawns. The most beautiful store in town was Dick Tock's clock shop, It's About Time.

Dick loved clocks. He was good at buying them and repairing them. Dick's wife, Belle, had designed the store. She had found an old storefront clock in Detroit.
