City Council will have more than the Gant Municipal Stadium lighting problems to deal with at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. today at City Hall, 401 Market St., second floor Council Chambers.
Service Director Mike Sims will present emergency legislation for council to consider using water department budget funds to begin paying for onsite inspection for the construction of the new $17 million water plant.
Another emergency measure would authorize Sims to apply for an Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) loan for $850,000.
