ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston announced the creation of the Lamb Weston Collaborative, an educational research forum for restaurant industry leadership. The Collaborative will consist of 10 to 13 chain-restaurant executives who will attend two strategic sessions--the first this month at Harvard Faculty Club in Cambridge, Mass., the second next spring at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Ill.
