After a heavy June thunderstorm knocked out the electricity in Robert and Lerona Mitchell's Indianapolis home, Robert bought a gasoline-powered generator to run their sump pump and freezer. He installed it in their garage and closed the overhead door that night, mistakenly thinking me generator still had enough ventilation.
