Sitting in the cold, empty office building he owns on Center Ridge Road in Rocky River, John Cachat described his plans to take on the software company that used to inhabit the very same space: IQS Inc.
Mr. Cachat, who founded IQS more than 20 years ago, said that starting Nov. 3 he'll be making loads of phone calls to IQS customers in an attempt to take business away from the quality and compliance management software company.
