We raise our glass to the RooBrew guys
- Three guys who spend their days trying to build a culture of entrepreneurship at the University of Akron and in the region are receiving some hands-on experience in an industry long associated with higher education.
The three economic development officials, who work for the University of Akron Research Foundation, are officially in the beer business after launching RooBrew LLC as well as the first in a line of RooBrew beers: Litigation Lager.
