Oct 28, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Bridgepoint Shopping Centre in the Sydney suburb of Mosman Junction is expected to sell for around $A40m. Jones Lang LaSalle agent, Simon Rooney, said local and foreign investors are likely to bid for the centre, which is owned by Centrepoint Properties. Centro MCS 24 has also listed its Mount Hutton and Lake Macquarie shopping centres for sale. The properties are expected to sell for more than $A68m.
