SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Motorola, Inc. today announced that Edward J. Fitzpatrick, senior vice president, has been appointed chief financial officer, effective immediately. Fitzpatrick has served as Motorola's acting CFO since February 2009.
