PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Southwall Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:SWTX), the worldwide innovator of energy-saving films and glass products, partnered with Milgard Windows to incorporate Heat Mirror insulating glass into energy-saving windows used by Team California in the U.S. Department of Energy's fourth Solar Decathlon competition held in Washington, D.C.
