Steven H. Shaw, 49, of 11 Colonial Drive, Leominster, was sentenced to 8 years to 8 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony. He was placed on probation for 4 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to larceny from a building. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to have no contact with the victim or ...
