The $5.2 million Town Hall and Center School Building renovation project is in full swing. When the project is finally done sometime next year, there will be no more leaky roof, falling slates, rotted wood, uneven floors or failing support structures. In other words, the Town Hall and Center School Building will still have its historical charm, but for all practical purposes be brand, spanking new where it counts. The scope of Town Hall work includes a new elevator to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act, a new concrete masonry unit elevator tower, machine room for both buildings, site drainage, expanded vault facilities, restored columns, signs, repointed ...
