SHOOTING THROUGH A WINDOW OR A small opening--how complicated can that be? Actually, very. But before we explore this shooting technique, you might wonder how this problem would even be relevant.
I can think of two instances where doing so might be in order. The first is for a lawman who sees an active threat moving within a room, changing his shooting positions.
Another similar scenario would be where multiple, visibly armed threats are breaking into your home. Here it's probably best not to wait until they get inside before defending hearth and home, although you'd still better be sure you know your state's laws governing the use of deadly force.
