Ricketts only needs to do whatAEs always made him successful, which is to hire good people to do their jobs and let them do their jobs.
DonAEt make the mistakes of George Steinbrenner, Jerry Jones and even a few owners around these parts who have fancied themselves experts in the business of sports.
