Oct 29, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Australian sharemarket lost ground on 29 October 2009, with the S&P/ASX 200 shedding 110.4 points to finish at 4,574.7. The All Ordinaries Index eased 112.1 points to close at 4,575.2. Rio Tinto fell $A3.12 to end the session at $A60.98 and the ANZ Bank was down $A0.50 at $A22.85.
