Officials of Mumbai-based company declared proclaimed offender
New Delhi, October 11, 2009 (PTI) - Two directors and the General Manager of a Mumbai-based company have been declared proclaimed offender by a Delhi court after they failed to appear before it in a cheque bounce case.
"The accused have failed to appear before the court till date. Accordingly, they have been declared proclaimed offenders," Metropolitan Magistrate Sourabh Pratap Singh Laler said.
Ram Kumar Sunkare, Raghu Shastri, both directors of M/s Brown Paper Technologies Ltd and M B Aggarwal General Manager (Finance) of the firm, did not appear before the court on ...
