Nearly 40 local organizations will come together today as Anthem Blue Cross teams with the Lowell Neighborhood Resource Center to host the Celebrate Your Children, Celebrate You community health and wellness fair at Lowell Elementary School from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m (see also Wellness).
