Scientists discuss in 'Rapid detection of lactobacillus and yeast concentrations using a particle size distribution analyser' new findings in life sciences. In this recent study, researchers in Korea conducted a study "To see the possibility of particle size distribution analyser (PSDA) in detecting concentration of lactobacillus contaminants in yeast fermentation. A PSDA was used to rapidly determine the size and concentration of lactobacillus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae."
