According to recent research published in the journal Fungal Diversity, "Nineteen species of Crinipellis (Basidiomycota, Agaricales) and three species of Moniliophthora (Basidiomycota, Agaricales) are described from Southeast Asia. Thirteen relevant type studies along with excluded and insufficiently known taxa are also included."
